Semi-Final #1 Final Score

In a matchup between two orange county schools with one advancing to the finals, SVC was able to come out and punch their ticket to the championship, pretty handily, over Ocean View by a score of 74-43. The defensive pressure applied for the whole game on the guards especially took Ocean View out of their game. SVC was able to get shots up uncontested throughout the game due to lack of defensive pressure applied by the Ocean View players. Congrats to SVC on their spot in the finals .

Coming up we have Trinity International taking on Villa Park.

Warren vs. Central City Halftime Score

What was a 19-12 lead in favor of Central City after one, has turned into a 7 point lead for Warren at the  half. It has been the tale of two quarters with Central City coming out of the gates early and setting the tone but in the second quarter they lost some of their muster and allowed Warren to score some fast break baskets to create the spread at this point.

Rialto vs. LACES through 16 minutes…

and with both teams looking to pick up their first win of the 2016 Jim Harris Memorial Tournament of Champions, we have LACES over Rialto by the slim margin of 1 point. LACES jumped out to a lead and Rialto was able to chip away to create the slight margin at the half. If the first half is any indication, both teams will be in for a battle to see who can get that first W.

Game 15 Final Score

What a finish. Lakewood had a double digit lead early in the 4th quarter, and LB Wilson was able to cut it to 1 but they were unable to overcome some late mistakes. In the end, it was a 57-53 victory sealed for Lakewood over LB Wilson. If this game was any indication of how their match ups during Moore League will be, they are in for a good one.
